Our Approach: At the core of our Value Proposition are three pillars.
1.Skills for Pros: Our unique selling proposition focuses on digital literacy and career readiness. We are one of the only NPOs in Japan that provides each teen access to laptops and computer skills programming, and we have worked with international Fortune 500 companies to donate more than 1,000 laptops. We guide them through career assessments and pathways, ensuring they are prepared for the workforce. For those pursuing higher education, our Fostering Higher Education program offers two-year mentorship courses, addressing common pitfalls and leveling the playing field for disadvantaged students.

2. Skills for Life: Utilizing technology tools, we provide essential communication and financial management skills to equip institutionalized teens to better engage with their communities and manage their finances effectively, paving the way for a stable and independent future.
Programs include: English lessons, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Money Connection
3. Skills for Success: Through personalized mentorship and coaching, we foster trust and relationships, providing a support network that empowers youth to confidently pursue their educational and career goals.
Programs include: 1:1 mentorship, Empower Village, Fostering Higher Education, Career Assessments
